PSA Nitrogen Generator
Compressed air purification system
The compressed air purification system is composed of pipeline filters, freeze dryers, fine filters, super fine filters, activated carbon degreasing devices, automatic drain valves, ball valves, etc. This is for screening carbon molecules. Because the compressed air provided by the air compressor usually contains traces of oil, water, and dust particles, these impurities will reduce the adsorption capacity of the carbon molecular sieve, so the compressed air must be deoiled, water and dust removed before entering the oxygen-nitrogen separation system.
Air storage tank system
The air storage tank system consists of an air storage tank, safety valve, stop valve, ball valve, pressure gauge, etc. The role of the air storage tank system ensures the stable gas consumption of the oxygen-nitrogen separation system, prevents the instantaneous air flow velocity from being too fast when the oxygen-nitrogen separation system is switched, affects the air purification effect, improves the quality of the compressed air entering the adsorber, and helps to extend the life of the molecular sieve. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switching, it also provides a large amount of compressed air for the PSA oxygen-nitrogen separation device to quickly increase the pressure in a short time, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower will quickly rise to the working pressure, ensuring the reliable and stable equipment run.
Oxygen and nitrogen separation system
The oxygen-nitrogen separation system consists of an adsorption tower, carbon molecular sieve filled in the tower, pneumatic valves, mufflers, throttle valves, compression cylinders, pressure gauges, etc. The oxygen-nitrogen separation system is the core part of air separation. Its main body is two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. When clean compressed air enters an adsorption tower, O2, CO2 and trace H2O are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is output from the outlet end Become product nitrogen. When one tower is adsorbing nitrogen, the other tower removes the O2, CO2 and H2O adsorbed in the molecular sieve from the micropores by decompressing, so as to realize the regeneration and desorption of the molecular sieve. The two towers alternately perform adsorption and regeneration, and continuously output nitrogen.
Nitrogen buffer system
The nitrogen buffer system consists of a buffer tank, a flow meter, a dust filter, a pressure regulating valve, a throttle valve, and a safety valve. The main function is to balance the pressure and purity of nitrogen separated from the nitrogen-oxygen separation system to ensure continuous nitrogen supply. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is regenerated to the adsorption switch, it will backfill part of the qualified nitrogen stored in the adsorption tower protection bed, and also help the adsorption tower to increase the pressure.
Electrical control system
The electrical control system consists of a programmable controller CPU, air source triples, solenoid valves, indicator lights, nitrogen analyzers, etc., and is mainly installed in the electrical control cabinet. The main function of the electrical control system is equipment start and stop operation, working status indicator, fault sound and light alarm indication, purity display, drive pneumatic valve according to set program, remote display and control, etc.
